Place skewers into air fryer and rotisserie for 17 minutes.

Add 1 cup broth and 1 cup rice to Quick Cooker. Use white rice setting for four minutes.

Measure 1/2 cup peanut butter.

Grate 1/4 tsp ginger.

Add 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper and juice half a lime.
