Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro and 1/2 the seasoning.
Add oil to skillet on med-high. Add chicken + 1/2 the seasoning. Cook until no longer pink, 5-7 min.
Stir in black beans and corn. Cook until warm, 2-3 minutes.
