Pour 1 cup oil in a flaming hot wok (karahi).

Add 2 kg chicken pieces in the oil.

Let the chicken fry in hot oil.

Cover the lid for 2 minutes.

Sauté until the chicken changes its color.

Now add 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste. Also add 3tbsp green chili paste.

Add salt according to taste.

Let the chicken sizzle for sometime on heat.

Now add 1 cup of yogurt.

Mix well until the yogurt is well combined.

Add 2tbsp of Shan white korma masala

Add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp black pepper

Cook for 6-8 mins until yogurt dries out and chicken is tender.

Add 4tbsp of cooking cream

When the chicken is done, add 1 tsp garam masala powder and green chillies.

Squeeze juice of half lemon.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan.
