Chicken With Broccoli And Rice

1 cup (250 ml) + more
Boiling Water
1/2 cup (125 ml)

Mushrooms
1 knob
Fresh ginger, Peeled & Grated
To taste
Garlic powder
To taste
Black Pepper

Pitachios, Shelled
Wash veggies (broccoli, mushrooms, pepper and/or carrots).

Cut veggies and then chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Add chicken, water, veggies, spices and rice into a baking dish.

Stir to combine.

Bake dish in oven at 375F for 45 minutes. While waiting, remove pistachios from their shells.

Stir halfway through cooking. If needed add more water to cook rice to desired tenderness.

Sprinkle pistachios on top of dish. Serve and Enjoy!!!
