Chicken with Chipotle Cream Sauce & Spinach

Prepare your ingredients before you begin.
Heat oil in large skillet. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Cook until no longer pink in center.
Remove the chicken and return the skillet to the medium heat.
Melt the butter, then add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add the chipotles and cook another 30 seconds.
Pour in the cream. Raise heat to high. Boil a few minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Stir the chicken back in to re-warm.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted and combined well with the sauce.
Garnish with cilantro, if desired and enjoy!
What you'll need
1.5 pounds cut into bite size pieces
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves, minced
3-4, finely chopped
Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
1 1/2 cups
Heavy Whipping Cream
