Chick-Fil-A Chicken Tortilla Soup
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook down for a few minutes

Stir in cumin, dried oregano, and seal salt

Add 2 cans cannellini beans to a blender and purée

Stir in puréed beans to the pot, and 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles, 1 can cream-style corn, and 1 can of whole kernel corn

Add shredded chicken to the pot

Mix in 1 can cannellini beans and 1 can black beans, stir to combine

Let the soup simmer for about 25 minutes, add juice from 1 lime and season with salt and pepper

Top with tortilla strips to serve, and enjoy!
