Chickpea Blondies With Dark Chocolate Chips
1 can chickpeas, 1/3 c cashew butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c choc chips, 1/3 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & soda, 1/2 c maple syrup

In a food processor blend together chickpeas, cashew butter and maple syrup until smooth.

Add egg, vanilla, almond flour, baking powder and soda and salt and pulse a couple times.

Stir in most of the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into an 8x8 in cake pan lined with parchment paper. Decorate with more chocolate chips.

Bake in 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.

Let cool completely and cut into 9 bars.
