Dice about 10 peeled & trimmed asparagus

Dice some bell pepper

1C ea. flat & fizzy water, 1.5C chickpea flour & seasonings (I adjusted amounts as I went)

Sauté veg in some evoo over medium heat

Make sure nothing is sticking

Broil on high for about 5 mins or until browned

Flip over to reveal yumminess. Can prepare this all on stovetop too if ur able to flip successfully
