2 tsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil

3 Tbsp organic maple syrup

2 Tbsp chicken or veggie broth + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Add all ingredients to your blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add sauce to wok or pan on medium heat. Wait for it to bubble...

In the meantime rinse your chickpeas.

It’s bubbling! So add the chickpeas, stir and cover.

Turn off once it starts bubbling again and let it sit for 5 minutes.
