Chili Grilled Cheese Sandwich
In a large bowl, combine chili and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside.

Butter one side of each of 8 slices of bread. Place 4 of them buttered side down on a baking sheet.

Distribute the chili and cheese mixture over the slices of bread.

Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top of the mixture, buttered side up.

Bake for 5-6 minutes at 450 degrees F, then flip and bake about 5 more minutes, until golden brown.
