Chili Lime Pork Chops With Charred Corn Salad
Sear the Pork Chops in pre-heated 12” Cast Iron Skillet

Check temperature with Instant Read Thermometer. Remove from skillet when at 140 degrees

Sear corn for 4 mins.

Add Red Pepper and Red onion chopped up in the Manual Food Processor. Cook for 4 minutes

Add Zucchini sliced in Quick Slicer and Tomatoes sliced in Close & Cut. Cook for 2 mins.

Grind fresh Cilantro with Herb Grinder

Remove skillet from heat. Return Pork Chops to skillet. Top with Feta Cheese and Fresh Cilantro
