Chinese Cabbage Miso Soup
Cut Chinese cabbage(Napa cabbage)

Cut the bottom of Shimeji mushrooms and separate each pieces

Peel the skin of carrot and cut into small pieces

Cut aburaage(fried tofu) into small pieces

Put ingredients, water and dashi powder in a pot
5
Stir and bring it to a boil over medium heat
6
When start boiling, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes until vegetables get tender
7
Add soy milk and warm it up
8
Turn off the heat before soy milk start boiling, add miso and melt it
