Chinese Chicken Salad Spring Rolls
Secure your cutting board with a wet paper towel.

Julienne the bell pepper.

Add the bagged coleslaw cabbage and toss.

Peel the purple cabbage of the outer leaves and shred.

Peel some clementines, oranges or mandarins and add to the salad mix.

Shred some rotisserie chicken and add that to the salad mix.

Add wontons and mix.

Submerge rice paper in water for 30 seconds. Remove and place on a paper towel.

Add about 1/4 cup salad mix to the center. Fold both sides and roll tightly like a burrito.

Repeat the process. Get the rolls as tight as you can without breaking the rice paper.

Repeat until you are all out of salad. Serve with your favorite Asian dressing.
