Chipotle Chicken Bowls With Pineapple Salsa
Toss sweet potato in olive oil and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-30 min
Mix together cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili powder, and paprika
Sprinkle chicken with salt and coat the chicken with the combined spices
Heat olive oil in an oven safe pan & sear the chicken about 1 min each side. Finish cooking in oven
Heat sliced dates and whole30 bbq sauce in microwave. Then process in a small food processor
Stir together pineapple, cilantro, red onion and lime juice in a bowl to make the salsa
