Chocolate Avocado Cake

Add dry ingredients to a large bowl

In a separate bowl, mash the avocado

Whisk wet ingredients together

Add avocado to the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine

Don’t worry if there are some avocado lumps!

Pour batter into cake pans, then bake cake for 30-35 mins

Viola! Allow cakes to cool before icing them

Add mashed avocado and butter to a bowl, then pour warm melted chocolate over top and wait 5 mins

Then stir until *most* of the butter has melted

Add powdered sugar and stir with an electric mixer. Then, ice the cakes!
