Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until completely smooth.

Cream together butter and sugar using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed.

Mix in the milk powder, instant coffee powder, cocoa powder & vanilla extract to the creamed mixture

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and milk. Mixing just until flour disappears.

Fold in chocolate chips and almonds/walnuts. Scrape down sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.

Pour batter into prepared pan.Sprinkle the remaining cup of chocolate chips & almond over the batter

Bake for 45-50 minutes,or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.

The bread is ready when the toothpick comes out clean.Let the bread cool in the pan for 20 minutes.
