Cut your bananas in half.

In shallow pan add about 1/4 cup coconut milk or heavy cream to 1 cup dark chocolate chips.

Place dowel or popsicle stick into each banana about 3/4 of the way through.

Melt butter and cream. Add hot water if necessary for consistency. Dip bananas in chocolate!

Repeat until all pops are coated. You can sprinkle whatever toppings or leave them plain.
