Chocolate Biscuit Pudding
A creamier, more luscious version of the classic chocolate biscuit pudding!
Here's everything you need...
Combine chocolate, milk, instant coffee powder, and corn flour in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave this mixture in 30-40 second bursts, whisking in between each time...
...Until you get a thick, dark, and glossy mixture.
Add the vanilla essence and mix to combine.
You can also do this on the stovetop following the same method. (More details on the website)
Prepare the milk for dipping the biscuits by mixing with some instant coffee powder.
Line an 8" tray with cling film & begin layering. Dip the biscuits in milk & lay them out like so.
Add a thin layer of pudding & repeat until you run out. You should get about 4 layers of each.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight to allow it to set and get clean slices.
You can also set this pudding in individual serving cups (and serve as soon as it chills).
Flip the pudding onto a plate or slice it straight from the pan.
Garnish with chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or some crushed biscuits.
Grab a slice and enjoy!
