Chocolate chip & Pecan Almond Butter blondies (GF)
Whisk together the almond flour, baking soda and salt

Add almond butter to large bowl (or other nut or seed butter)

Along with the honey (or maple syrup or agave)

The eggs (or egg replacement of choice), vanilla and coffee (optional) and whisk well

Until completely smooth

Add the almond flour mixture and fold until fully incorporated

Then fold in the chocolate chips (optional add in)

Pour batter into prepared pan

Sprinkle over with more chocolate chips and chopped pecans (optional)

Then bake 22-27 min

Or until golden and slightly jiggly in the middle for the perfect fudgy texture
