Chocolate Covered Pomegranate Seeds (Vegan)
Add 1 bag of Hu Kitchen gems to a medium sized pot and warm over medium low heat until melted.

Pour several teaspoons of melted chocolate into cups of a silicone mold, reserving some for later.

Put chocolate in the fridge to firm up a bit, then cut open a pomegranate and remove the seeds.

Once chocolate has mostly hardened, add seeds, drizzle chocolate, and top with a bit of coconut.

Place back in the fridge to fully harden.

Remove pomegranate cups carefully from the mold and serve!
