Chocolate Cranberry Bundt Cake

Rich chocolate, sour cream, and tart cranberries make an amazing quick cake!

Start by creaming your butter and sugar.

Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, cinnamon, baking powder & baking soda to a bowl.

Wash & dry some whole cranberries. Not in season? Use raspberries instead!

After adding vanilla, sour cream, eggs, & your dry mix, gently fold in the berries.

Scrape into a greased bundt pan and bake for 55 mins at 350F. Let cool for 10 mins, then invert.

Letting the cake cool briefly in the pan, helps for a clean removal.

Cool completely & dust with powdered sugar!
