Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup cocoa powder & 2-3 tbsp milk.
Cut the butter and cream cheese into pieces then mix at high speed until creamy.

Add vanilla extract and keep mixing.

Start adding the sugar slowly, mixing at a slow speed.

Scrape off the sides and make sure everything is well mixed.

Start adding the cocoa powder, one tbsp at a time at a low speed.

Make sure to scrape off the sides.

Check the consistency, if it's too thick, add the milk.

When the consistency is to your liking, stop mixing.

Transfer to a bowl and you can use it right away or refrigerate until you're ready to use it.

This is enough icing to cover a 3 tiered, 9 inch cake.
