Soak strawberries for 20 minutes in a vinegar/water solution. Then fully dry, and refrigerate.

Melt half of the Cool Whip and 8 oz of chips until smooth- approximately 1 minute. Stirring halfway.

Once melted fold in the rest of the Cool Whip.

Add several drops of food coloring.

Mix well, adding more food coloring if needed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or until your ready to serve dessert. Serve with your favorite dippers.
