Chocolate Guinness Cake With A Baileys Frosting
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt

In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat

Remove from heat and whisk in the Guinness and the cocoa powder until smooth and combined

Whisk in the sugar, milk and then the eggs until full incorporated

Whisk in the flour mixture just until combined

Pour into prepared pan

Until tester comes out clean - allow to cool in pan 10-15 min then remove and allow to cool completely

Make frosting: mix softened cream cheese until smooth

Mix in the Baileys (or cream if you don’t want to use Baileys)

And the vanilla

Then slowly add the powdered sugar

And mix until soft and light - cover and refrigerate 20 min while cake cools then slather on cake when ready to serve
