Chocolate Orange Madeleines
Place eggs and sugar in a large bowl

Beat well until fully incorporated (can use whisk or hand mixer)

Whisk in the vanilla

Whisk in the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder

Then whisk in the melted butter until incorporated- a few lumps is fine

Whisk in the zest and grand marnier if using

Butter pan well

Spoon batter into pan

Carefully transfer to oven and bake 8-10 min

Until toothpick inserted comes out clean

Allow them to cool then enjoy as is or dipped in a rich chocolate glaze

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt & extra orange zest
