Ingredients: pumpkin, almond butter, coconut oil, chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice, allulose, salt

Mix chocolate chips with 1 Tbls coconut oil & sea salt. Microwave 15 sec at a time until melted.

Add 1-2 tsp melted chocolate to greased mini cupcake pan. Parchment helps prevent sticking. Freeze.

Whisk together remaining ingredients.

Add 1 Tbls pumpkin mix on top of frozen chocolate. Freeze again.

Drizzle remaining chocolate over frozen pumpkin layer.

Use parchment to help remove all frozen cups.

Top with chopped walnuts to enjoy!
