Chocolate Zucchini Paleo Muffins
Wrap grated zucchini in towel and press down to draw out moisture.

Mix eggs, almond flour, arrowroot, oil, honey, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, almond milk.

Fold in drained zucchini.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Portion out into line muffin tin and top with extra chocolate chips, if desired.

Bake for 25 minutes and then let cool for 20 minutes.
