Prepare the ingredients

Chop 1 small onion, 2 tbsp celery, 1/4t carrot, 1/4t red and green peppers, 2 tbsp leek, 2 garlic

Put the chicken breast to sweat in boiling water with vegetables until cooked

Shred the chicken breast. Reserve

Grease the pan and add beaten egg. Cover and leave over low heat until cooked.

Remove egg from pan. Roll up and chop into strips. Reserve

In a wok or frying pan, fry the onion for 1 min and then the other vegetables for 1.5 min

Add 1t breast, 2.5t rice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Add the egg in strips and coarsely chopped leek
