Add warm 1c heavy cream to 8 oz chocolate chips or other chocolate. Pinch of cayenne and 2oz of cognac.

Cover with a plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours or more.

Scoop little balls. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Ready to get coated!

Dip them in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, coconut flakes.
