Christmas Dinner Glam Makeup Look
Priming extra for Christmas dinner is important, your makeup will last all night long! I set my primer with a translucent powder for extra security.
1
For black women and woc, hyperpigmentation is a big issue, use a red/orange undertone concealer to cover before going in with your foundation.
2
Layering your concealer and letting it set as you blend out your contour will ensure you get the most coverage, remember this is a full glam look!
3
Set with a coloured loose powder to retain the colour of your concealer, this will reduce the risk of being ashy.
4
It’s up to you but to make it extra glam, as a long winged liner to your look before you apply your lashes.
5
Contour carefully, I always tap off excess product to make sure I don’t have harsh lines on my face.
6
Bronzer brings back the warmth to your face. I’m using the Fenty Beauty Bronzer in shade Mocha Mami, perfect for darker tones.
7
Loose pigments give you an extra pop of highlight as they typically have chunkier particles.
8
Line your lips with a brown lip liner, a tip is to use an eyebrow pencil or an eyeliner in case you can’t find yours.
9
Now for the main event, ally your favourite red lipstick on top of the liner, to make it Christmas appropriate.
10
The final look is always great and a very simple yet glam look for your Christmas Dinner.
