Christmas Reindeer Gingerbread Biscuits
Add the flour, bicarb soda, ginger & cinnamon

Along with the butter to a food processor

Mix together until it looks like breadcrumbs

Whisk the egg together with the golden syrup

Add it to the food processor and mix together

Until you get a nice dough

Remove your dough

Knead it for a few minutes until it is smooth

Leave it to cool in the fridge, minimum 30 minutes

Roll out your dough to 0.5 cm

Cut out your shapes and place on baking tray 3cm apart from each other

Bake at 180c/160C fan/360F/gas Mark 4 for 12-15 minutes

Leave to cool. Gather your decorating things together
