Was looking for another kind of Christmas cookies and ended up here

Premix sables dough and color them as you wish

Spread the 1st layer, make sure you have a plastic film while spreading the dough

Time for layering! Finely spread some egg to stick the doughs together

Almost same size🤨, remove the plastic film

Same process, spread some egg but not too much

3rd layer, make sure you have the size for all the doughs 25*19cm

Roll it on the length and lock the sides and place in the fridge for 15mins

Meanwhile, blend some pink pralines and regular pralins

Spread some egg over the roll placed on the pralines mix

Roll the dough on pralines and lock in a plastic film, place in the freezer for 30mins
After 30mins in the freezer, slice the dough on the length in regular sizes

Bake for 15mins at 170C

Let it cool completely on the baking tray and voila
