Church Street Cheesecake Squares
Church Street Cheesecake Squares are rich, subtly sweet, and very EASY to bake up.
They are cut into squares while warm, then chilled until ready for serving.
Graham crackers, butter, and pecans make up the base of this delicious dessert.
Use the flat bottom of a measuring cup to even out and compress the graham cracker crust.
Beat the cheese, the eggs, sugar, and flavorings until very, very smooth.
The cheese mixture is poured over the graham cracker crust...
And a cup of reserved graham cracker mix is sprinkled over the top of the cheesecake.
The cheesecake bakes for just under an hour, and is removed from the oven to cool.
Be sure to cut the squares while the cheesecake is still warm. Then chill for at least an hour.
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or a glass of cold milk!
