Pre heat oven to 400 F

Place puff pastry on parchment lined sheet pan and score around edges, do not cut all the way thru

Poke with fork and bake for 10 minutes

Press down center

Core and slice apples, forming half circles

Warm up Fruit preserves

Brush preserves onto pastry

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Place 3 rows of apple slices overlapping each other

Spread more fruit preserves over top

Dust with cinnamon

Bake until bubbly, tent with foil of crust starts to brown

Allow to cool just a few minutes
