Cinnamon Crunch Bagels
Starting warm water between 110*-120* degrees-

Mix together flour, instant yeast, & warm water,

2 cup whole wheat flour-

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon & 1 tsp salt

Mix all together-

Knead 1-2 minutes until dough comes together-

Cover & let rise or doubles in size-

Cut dough into pieces and shape into a bagel-

Lightly cover and let rise for 15 minutes-

Boil for 3 minutes
