Peaches (sliced)

Cinnamon
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk in the milk. Set aside.

Place butter in a casserole dish and place in oven set at 350F for 2-3 minutes to melt.

Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir it.

In a medium pot, combine the peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon over med-high for 5 minutes to heat.

Spoon the peaches on top of the batter, but again, do not stir.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crisp around the edges.
