Cinnamon Sugar Sourdough Discard Crackers
Get a medium bowl! Star with oat flour.

Add brown rice flour

And a bit of psyllium husk for binding! Ground flax or chia will also work.

Add your coconut sugar for sweetness...

Don’t forget the salt and cinnamon!

Whisk to combine.

Add 1 cup of sourdough starter - it doesn’t need to be at peak activity.

Add softened coconut oil...

And 1/2 cup water!

Mix until it thickens. If it’s runny, let it stand for a few minutes.

It’ll look like this when it’s ready! If it doesn’t thicken up, add a little more of either flour

Place half the dough onto a sheet of parchment, press into a rectangle, and wrap it up.

Repeat with the other half and put them into the fridge for at least an hour, or up to a few days!

Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon, and bake!

The most satisfying part! Break them apart and enjoy!
