Classic Apple Cobbler
For the apple filling, combine brown sugar with cornstarch and cinnamon.

Toss with 12 cups chopped apples. Stir in apple juice and set aside.

For the topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Cut in cold butter until crumbs form.

Add buttermilk and stir just until combined - do not overmix!

Drop spoonfuls of batter over the apples and bake.
