Classic Filipino Pork Adobo
1/2 cup
Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1/4 cup
White Vinegar
1/2 cup
Water
2 tablespoons
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
3 pieces
Whole Bay Leaf
5 cloves smashed
Garlic
2 pounds cubed
Country Style Pork Ribs
Heat Dutch oven and brown pork and set aside

Add 1 tablespoon of oil

Add smashed garlic and brown until aromatic. Be careful not to burn them.

Add pork back in and stir for a minute.

Add Coarse ground black pepper and stir until you can smell the peppers

Add Tamari and stir to coat the pork

Add vinegar and stir some more

Add water and give it a quick stir and let the liquid come up to a boil.

Add bay leaves

Turn heat to low and cover. Let it cook for 60 minutes.

Plate and serve. (usually with rice and eggs) Enjoy.
