Classic French Crêpes
Whisk together the flour, salt and sugar.

Make a well in the middle and add the eggs. Mix with a wooden spoon.

When the batter becomes too thick to mix, start adding a little bit of milk.

Continue adding more milk. When the batter is soft enough, switch to a whisk.

Whisk and add all the milk, until the batter has the consistency of heavy cream.

Add the melted butter and a touch of rum (or vanilla extract). Chill the batter for at least 1 hour.

Heat up a frying pan. Pour in some batter and swirl your pan quickly to completely cover the bottom.

Loosen the edges with a spatula, peel off the crêpe with your fingers and flip it!
