Classic Steakhouse Salad
In a small mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and pepper. While whisking, slowly add in oil.

Season strip steaks with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill, and grill to desired doneness.

Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.

Combine mixed greens, green beans and tomatoes. Lightly drizzle vinaigrette on salad and toss.

Garnish with blue cheese, and top with warm strip steaks. Serve and enjoy!
