Place the garlic roasted bread cubes on a baking tray line with parchment paper and bake them.

In a medium size bowl add chicken broth, eggs, and Italian seasoning and mix and set aside.

Melt the butter in a medium size skillet

Add onion Italian seasoning, salt, and celery sauté that for few minutes until vegetables are soft.

Add the herbs then pour the onion celery mixture on bread cubes along with the chicken stock mixture

Grease the baking pan with butter.
