Classic Sugared Cranberries
Add 1 cup of sugar...

...and 1 cup of water into a pan, then turn on the heat to high

Cook for 2-3 minutes until all of the sugar has disolved (bonus: you just made simple syrup!)

Take the simple syrup off the heat, then pour in one 12oz bag of fresh cranberries and stir to coat

Arrange on a rack and leave to dry for an hour, or until they’re just sticky (not wet)

In small batches, roll the cranberries in sugar, and you’re done!
