5-6 chicken fillet placed between cling wrap. Flatten using mallet.

Marinade: 3.5 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tsp pepper ; 1 tsp salt; 3 tbsp oil.

Apply on chicken. Mix well. Cover & leave 1-2 hours.

Prepare veggies: tomatoes; cucumber; lettuce; Jalapeño.

Add oil on grill pan. Heat. Grill chicken fillets.

Cut chicken into thin slices, diagonally.

Butter 2 bread slices. Put cheese on 3rd.

Toast the slices.

Assemble.
