Coconut Cashew Energy Bites

Roasted Unsalted Cashews
2 tablespoons
Greens Powder Or Protein Powder
1 cup
Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup
Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon

Pitted Medjool Dates, Soaked In Hot Water For 5 Min

Chocolate Chips
Add dates, sunflower seeds, cashews and chocolate chips to a food processor.

Blend until nuts and dates are roughly chopped. Add cinnamon and greens powder.

Blend until mixture is sticky and holds together. Scrap down the sides and add water as needed.

Using a cookie dough baller or tablespoon, form into balls and roll in coconut!

Makes 10 bites, store in the fridge!
