the ingredients

grease a muffin pan with melted butter ~ set aside

add eggs to a large bowl

break the yolks and beat

add coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg

stir to combine

add unsweetened coconut and bread cubes ~ stir to combine
