Coconut Curry Shrimp & Grits
Add water in a saucepan to prepare grits

Drop a chicken bouillon and then add in grits, give a quick stir to prevent clumping

Now grab a WHISK, add in butter, half & half and give it a flick of the Whisk πŸ˜‰

After the whisking sprinkle some good ole curry powder over into grits and give it a stir

Look at that creamy flavorful goodness, No clumps here buddy. Just a spill 😁

Heat a medium pan. Melt some butter, then saute some green peppers & onions. Smells AMAZING!

Go ahead and throw in some chopped garlic, saute for 1 min then sprinkle some flower..now WHISK!

Slowly add in chicken stock and incorporate with WHISK and bring to a light boil

Sprinkle in curry powder, salt & pepper. Slowly WHISK in coconut milk and incorporate

Now fold shrimp into curry sauce and let simmer on medium low for 5-6 mins
