Coconut Milk Payasam (Aadi Thengai Paal)
2 cups of grated coconut,2 tbsp raw rice

Add 2 tbsp raw rice! Grind the grated coconut & squeeze the milk & then add water to the coconut!

Repeat previous step two times! Add 1 cup water & 1 cup jaggery and caramelise!

Jaggery has caramelised! Add the mixture of cardamom & Coconut milk to the caramelised jaggery!

Garnish 5 cashews in ghee or clarified butter & Serve! Can't resist!
