Coconut Tres Leche Cake
Use the Rockcrok

Add 2 cups of coconut and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Stir every 30 secs

Meanwhile in the classic batter bowl add one white cake mix

Add one cup water

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Whisk until well blended

Reserve 1/2 cup of toasted coconut

Add the rest to batter and mix

Pour in Rockcrok and cover. Microwave 12 -14 minutes or when pulls away from the sides

In the classic batter bowl mix one can of condensed milk & one can of coconut milk until well blended

I’m using the forged cutlery paring knife

Poke holes in the warm cake with knife

Pour the milk mix slowly over the top of cake

Sprinkle with the reserved coconut after it has cooled for five minutes

Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries
