Confit tandoori chickpeas
Place chickpeas and cherry tomatoes in an oven safe dish, casserole or dutch oven

Along with the garlic

tandoori spice blend

Brown sugar or coconut sugar

Chili’s and olive oil

Stir well to combine

Cover with foil or with lid of dish and bake for approx 1 hour 15 min

Stirring halfway through

Bake until chickpeas and garlic is tender
